A dear friend encouraged me often with these Words " Do not despise small beginnings." Small beginnings, learning the skill of cooking with the right spice and the right spirit at my grandmother's and mother's side in the hills of Jamaica. After coming to America, I cooked for friends, family and business associates. Our nest was empty and my wife and I started planning our catering business. 2014 was the year.! A celebration for a young mom with forty guests waiting to surprise her. This was our first event. It was a memorable success! From that time until today, the creative chef's passion is cooking with authenticity and passion. Oxtails and Jerk chicken are two of our favorite dishes to cook and share with friends and family. We're a small family-owned business that has catered events from one to four hundred. We cater or deliver to our clients in Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill and surrounding areas.
